The boat moved slowly through West Bengal you could see the people were prospers the morning was spent on the sun deck enjoying the peace and hum of the engine in the background not forgetting the sun trying to break through fog/pollution. After yet another great lunch we set out on the days excursion walking to the Mughal-style garden that wraps around the tombs of Siraj-ud-Daulah who was the last independent Nawab of Begal.
Views of the sunset a very peaceful place
That afternoon to help us to relax just before cocktail hour traditional musicians came on the boat to play for us. Luckily it wasn’t quite as Indian as we excepted.
